However, when it came time to do a full roof replacement at my own personal residence, as you can imagine, the question of who to use became very personal and important, in a way like never before. That same day Matt sent Jacob to my house to tarp multiple problem spots on my aging roof. They charged nothing for that service and immediately started working on a plan and quote. I did get two other comparison quotes and Reliance was priced very fairly compared to others with far less of the stellar reputation than they have. They were easy to work with, went above and beyond in every way, even painting various materials to match my black roof, including the stainless steal hooks at the top of the roof. That says everything as he sees more roofs (good, bad and ugly) in a month than most people see in a lifetime. I can't say enough about the entire team at Reliance Roof Pros! Matt, Carlos, Jorge, Jacob and so many more were a dream to work with and did everything better than I could have ever hoped or imagined. This is the only roofing company I will ever recommend moving forward.

I had Reliance Roof Pros repair some leaks on my roof. Hervic came by, completed a thorough inspection, provided pictures and quoted me on options to get the necessary work done. I hired them and Hervic followed through to the end of the job to make sure everything was good and I was completely satisfied with the work. They did a great job and I will hire them again for other roof work.

I had a skylight start leaking after owning the home for 20 seasons and re-roofing the home myself w help from my father. Skylight is possibly beyond my ability? From the second I met Juan from Reliance Roof Pros I immediately felt comfortable with the professionalism, work ethic and it was obvious the experience and know-how was there. I figured this would take the better part of the day between selectively removing comp roofing material, replacing the skylight, weather-proofing/flashing the skylight and replacing the shingles. I could not fathom Juan could be finishing in roughly 3 hours + or -. I went up on the roof to take a look. The skylight looked great, new flashing was visible and the new shingles were a perfect match where it was actually hard to see which comp sections were removed and replaced. Price is good, work is great, communication was great and in an age where people taking pride in their work seems more and more rare, Reliance Roof Pro exudes pride and professionalism. A+++ on top of 5 star review.
