However, their Payment structure for that initial visit entailed purchasing a warranty - not just paying for the repair. it was quite expensive and i was annoyed. Glad we found this company. They were able to get out quickly to diagnose and repair our heating. We’ve had bad experiences with other companies, so we were happy to have found one that was fast, responsive, and have great employees. Josh, our service tech is always great and is communicative.
